How do I access my email?
Access your email in your browser by visiting outlook.office365.com and logging in using your email address followed by your password.
How do I add a profile picture in Outlook?
Add a profile picture in Outlook by visiting outlook.office365.com and logging in using your email address. Click on your initials in the top right corner of the screen and again in the dropdown to add or change your picture.
How do I edit my Outlook signature?
When using Outlook in your browser, click on the settings cog in the top right corner of the screen and the "View all Outlook settings" link at the bottom of the menu that appears. Access the "Compose and reply" section to create or edit your signatures. When using the Outlook desktop application, click File > Options > Mail > Signatures. On a Mac, click Outlook > Preferences > Signatures.*

How do I set up my email or calendar on my mobile device?

How do I access my voicemail?
To access your voicemail in the office, dial *123 on your personal desk phone or *124 on any other desk phone on the network. To access your voicemail outside the office, call 773-439-1095 and enter your extension and PIN.
How do I set up my voicemail greetings?
To set up your voicemail greetings, press the envelope button or dial *123 on your personal desk phone. Press 0 to go to your voicemail options and select option 4 to change any of the following greetings:
